We recently partnered with Morning Made to transition the brand from its original form—Matcha Made, a single-product business into a considered and scalable brand system designed to support a growing product range, including the introduction of new SKUs including turmeric and chai lattes.

Working alongside their internal marketing team, our scope included developing a refreshed brand identity and packaging system that honoured the original brand while elevating it for a wider audience. With a key focus on standing out at a retail level, particularly in high-traffic environments like Walmart. The packaging was designed to balance visual simplicity with shelf appeal, ensuring clear product navigation and instant recognition. A playful yet purposeful colour system was introduced across flavours, creating visual interest while supporting easy differentiation on shelf.

The result is a cohesive, modern look that reflects the brand’s evolution and sets the foundation for future growth.
